A little how-to
Swap any two pieces to rebuild the reference; every piece stays on the board. Finish when all pieces are in the correct positions. Choose 10 by 10 (100 pieces), 15 by 15 (225), or 20 by 20 (400). Changing size or using Shuffle & restart starts a new board.
Controls
Tap or click two pieces, or drag one onto another. Arrow keys move focus, Enter or Space selects, and Escape cancels selection. Undo is available, and Pause (or P) stops the clock and blurs the picture.
Progress and scoring
Puzzles are not saved. Each visit, shuffle, or size change starts a fresh board, and leaving the page discards the current puzzle.
Every puzzle played while signed in with a player name saves a verified completion time. Press Start to shuffle the pieces; the clock starts then. Lower is better, with separate records for each picture and size. Paused time does not count. Preview location counts time double while it is on; Gray out misplaced pieces and Undo have no penalty. Guest times stay private.
